The hotel was clean and I appreciate the 24/7 tea and hot water. The room was quiet which I really, really appreciate. Staff, especially Denise who checked me in, were friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
Nice looking hotel, relatively new, but no airconditioner in 90 degree heat, told someone could look at it in the afternoon, or we could change rooms (two hours before we were leaving anyway). Main door rubbed on the floor and wouldn't open all the way. Bathroom door swollen enough you couldn't close it. Needed instructions on how to use the shower. Way too expensive. Never going back.
