The building and grounds were beautiful and well kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only problem was when the maid knocked in our door in the morning to clean, she must have thought we had left, but we hadn’t. Other than that it was a great experience.

The desk staff and manager were top notch and really helped us out above and beyond. The rooms were perfect and the restaurant food and waitstaff were excellent. Well above par. We will definitely stay here when we are in Albany. Many kudos to your staff.

Friendly staff. Very vintage like and beautiful paintings on the walls. Good housekeeping and clean room. Nice sized bathroom with new looking Kohler faucets and good roomy shower. Beautiful restaurant in hotel with excellent food and service and convenient.
